Fold into a triangle.

Fold into a triangle again, creasing the fold line.

Fold the left and right corners to meet the bottom corner.

Fold up the left and right corners.

Fold both sides at the dotted line.

Fold the front layer at the dotted line.

Fold again at the dotted line.

Cut a slit along the line on the back layer using scissors.

Fold the back layer backward at the dotted line.

Open the inside and press it flat.
